Cailin McMurdo-Minnich is Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for Mascoma Bank. At Mascoma Bank, Cailin has assisted non-profit organizations with various financial matters. Cailin also chairs the Environment Action Team at Mascoma Bank.

Originally from northern New Hampshire, Cailin moved to Vermont to attend UVM almost two decades ago and never left. Cailin currently lives in Milton with her partner Nick and enjoys riding horses and being outdoors in Vermont. She is passionate about the community she lives and works in, actively volunteering and serving on the board for the Boys & Girls Club of Burlington. She has also spent extensive time in the VT School Districts teaching financial literacy to students of all ages.
