Back to School Night September 7th

JOIN US ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7th

We are excited to welcome parents to Back to School Night on Thursday, September 7th. This is a parent-only event for those with students in Pre-School through 8th grade.

Whole School Information Session in the Gym at 5:30

We will gather as a whole school community in the gym at 5:30 to hear from Ms. Alderman, Mr. Hughes, and the CKS PTO. This is a great opportunity to hear school updates, learn more about the vision for our school, and discover ways you can volunteer and support the students, programs, and mission of Christ the King School with your time, talent, and treasure.

Middle School (6-8) session:

6:00 - 6:25 in the gym. If you have another child (or children) in PS-5 please visit their classrooms during the last two PS-5 sessions. This will be the only Middle School session and you will have the opportunity to hear from all the teachers. The middle school classrooms will be open and you are welcome to visit them from 6:25 - 6:55pm.

PS-5 sessions in classrooms (please see above if you also have a child or children in 6th-8th)

This is an opportunity to visit your child’s classroom and meet teachers. There are three sessions available, and the same material will be covered at each session. If the classroom is crowded, please consider going to a later session. You are welcome to visit our music, art, and library classrooms as you wait for the next session.

PS- 5th sessions:

6:10 - 6:25: Session 1 with classroom teacher

6:25 - 6:40: Session 2 with classroom teacher

6:40 - 6:55: Session 3 with classroom teacher

Art, music, and library/makerspace classrooms will be open to visitors from 6:25 - 6:55.
