Ready to start using ParentsWeb?  We hope ParentsWeb will be a useful tool for CKS families throughout the school year!  Your first experience with ParentsWeb will be completing enrollment paperwork for your family.  Let’s get started!

First Time Users 

  • Please click on the link found on the bottom of the the school’s main page

  • Below the login button select Create New ParentsWeb Account.

  • Enter CK-VT into the District Code field.

  • Enter your email address (the one the school has on record for you).
  • Click the Create Account button.
  • You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes the link will remain active for 6 hours.
  • Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
  • Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
  • Close the window.
  • Log into ParentsWeb as instructed below.
  • Unable to login?  You might be using a different email address than the one we have connected with your ParentsWeb account.  Contact the school at 862-6696 and we will be able to let you know what email we have on file for you.

 To access ParentsWeb:

  • Please click on the ParentsWeb link on this page or our main page.

  • Enter CK-VT into the District Code field.

  • Make sure the “Parent” option is selected and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.

 To complete enrollment/reenrollment paperwork for your child(ren):

  • Log into Parents Web as described above and using district code CK-VT.
  • Click on “Family Information” on the left hand side of the page.

  • Click on “Enrollment/Reenrollment”.

  • This will bring up a page titled “Online Enrollment” and listing your child(ren) in the main window.  Next to your child(ren)’s name(s) you will see the option to “Start Enrollment Packet”.  By clicking this link you will be able to complete the majority of paperwork required for the school year.  This includes emergency contact and medical information, school directory information, walking and media permission forms, and other important pieces of information.  It’s a lengthy process but you can save your work and come back later if you don’t have the time to complete everything in one sitting.
